By now you've likely figured out that the time jump between season 2 and season 3 is two years! A lot of what happens in between those times is only referenced through anecdotes or possibly flashbacks. However, that is not true for at least one story. Superboy, Miss Martian, Beast Boy and Batgirl all share an adventure that you can now follow along within an exclusive two-part comic on The DC Universe. The story takes place August 8th, 16:16 EDT. It is referenced that this is "Team Year Six" which would be about a month after season 2 ends.
The story follows Alpha Squad made up of Superboy, Miss Martian, Beast Boy and Batgirl on a mission to apprehend Psimon who has clearly laid a trap for them. Perfectly enough, the trap is at a classic movie festival where M'gann can talk with the actor who played Megan's mother on "Hello Megan". This gives Psimon the perfect distraction to attack!
